An onboarding series would cross-sell other parts of AA’s business, and highlight the extra benefits available to customers. We helped plan the email series and crafted the copy over many delicious flat whites.
Open rates stayed consistent, engagement was 16% higher across the new programme compared to the old series.
Those engagement stats got even more impressive on mobile: click-through rates went from 30% to 46% due to the new mobile-friendly layouts – that’s an average increase of 54%.
